Hi! My name is Tara and I am the proud owner of The Biscuit Lady!  My company came to life when my family and I were on vacation.  I was considering what steps to take next in my professional life (I was a full time stay at home mom for 3 years and part time realtor).  To give you a little background, I spent nearly 2 decades in the corporate world of banking, mortgages, insurance and real estate and although those experiences have been invaluable to me, they did not ignite my soul like cooking and baking does!  I am a foodie at heart and I love using high quality ingredients!

Our buttery homemade biscuits are baked fresh every morning and they are made with lots of love (and butter). Both of which you will be able to taste with every bite.  We feature a rotating menu of over 15 different biscuit varieties (both savory and sweet) as well as a rotating flavor menu of holy biscuits (deep fried biscuit dough topped with various different toppings. Like a donut but better…. 8 different breakfast and lunch sandwiches, La Colombe espresso, lattes, cold brew and freshly brewed hot coffee.
